Sustainability
The vineyards boast a highly sustainable, exceptionally low water footprint attained by producing grapes without watering, referred to as "uvas de secano," in the Cauquenes Valley and their sourrounding, picturesque west coast mountains.
These “secano vineyards” (dry vineyards) are able to generate a very low water footprint, one tenth (substantially less) than that of vineyards with irrigation systems.
